platform Terms

1. Introduction

Welcome to HostEasy, an event ticketing and management platform operated by Abulkhoir Global Ltd. By accessing or using the HostEasy website, mobile application, and APIs (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms.

HostEasy operates strictly as a technology intermediary connecting Event Organizers with Attendees. We are not the creator, organizer, promoter, or owner of the events listed on the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Organizer account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

3. Service Fees

HostEasy charges a standard 4% service fee on all paid tickets processed through the Platform. During event creation, Organizers may choose to either absorb this fee into the ticket price or pass the fee onto the attendee at checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Platform, including software, branding, logos, and designs, are owned by Abulkhoir Global Ltd. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HostEasy is not responsible for event quality, Organizer performance, venue conditions, artist cancellations, travel or accommodation costs, property loss, or injuries.
